Garth Clarke
Born in 1935 in the Sydney suburb of Balmain, he has worked for newpapers in Sydney and London and as a copywriter for the Reader's Digest.
For the last 25 years of his working life he was employed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as a publicity offer; program assessor and television censor. His poetry has appeared in various newspapers, literary journals and poetry magazines. He now lives in Kirribilli which has been his home since 1980.
