Marg Girdwood

Marg is fifty two and currently lives in Sydney with her partner. She works in the public service. She has been a teacher and a builder. Marg enjoys apartment living but still misses her dogs.

For Pearl the start of the year was shaping up to be predictably quiet and lonely. Her last serious relationship ended when her girlfriend dumped her and work was no longer stimulating and challenging. But she hadn't counted on a beery Ministerial bet, or on a no-risk boss who would leave her to face a tough challenge alone with not enough time to do the job.

The Exhibition is Marg's first novel. Her second is well on the way. She has also written and directed plays and dabbled in short stories.
